The General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website and Online Store www.baeba.eu

are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the

recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the international codes

for e-commerce.

The operator reserves the right to change the terms at any time and without notice. All

changes are binding on the customers since the publication on the website. If you do not

Method of payment

 

You can order items on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia and all the countries listed

here: Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Czech Republic,

Montenegro, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Croatia, Iceland, Ireland, Italy ,

Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Germany, the

Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Northern Macedonia, Slovakia, Serbia, Spain,

Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom. Only payment via Pay Pal system is

possible for those who are not citizens of the Republic of Slovenia.

 

 

Prices

 

All prices are in EUR and do not include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order

and do not have a predefined validity. The purchase and sale contract between the manager

and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the manager confirms the order (the buyer

receives an electronic order confirmation at the specified e-mail address). From that


moment all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the operator and the

buyer. Images may be symbolic and may not always fully reflect the actual situation.

 


The ordering process

 

Goods can be ordered through the online store www.baeba.eu.

In case the potential buyer is contacted through other communication channels (mail,

Facebook message, phone call), he will continue to be referred to the online store

www.baeba.eu.

 

Registered and unregistered users can shop online. When registering for an online store, the

visitor obtains a user name that is the same as their email address and password. If a user

wants to change their email address or password at any time, they can do so in their user

profile.

The buyer selects the item, puts it in the cart, and proceeds with the purchase process by

clicking on the Shopping Cart tab in the menu or the button at the top of the page that

appears when adding items to the cart.

The basket overview is accessible to the user while browsing the www.baeba.eu store.

Before placing the order, the buyer is given a complete overview of the order, as well as the

ability to scroll back through the online order and remove any products. After clicking on the

Cashier button, the user adds their contact information and delivery information and, if

necessary, adds a comment. The order is completed by clicking the Confirm Order button.

Registered users are always able to access information on the contents of current and all

past orders at www.baeba.eu.

After the order has been placed, the buyer receives a confirmation mail on the receipt of the

order, which again contains all the information. The contract for the purchase of ordered

items between the buyer and the bidder is irrevocably concluded at this stage.

The manager will store the contents of the orders of registered and unregistered users.

Paying via PayPal, the site automatically redirects him to his user account of the system

through which he settles the account. When the amount is settled, it automatically receives

a notice of the purchase.


Bill

You will receive an invoice for your purchased products and services, either with the

purchased goods package or by email. The online order form completed by the buyer at the

time of order is not considered to be an invoice. The provider keeps an electronic copy of the

submitted invoice in its database.

 

 

Order cancelation

 

The user can cancel the order until the shipment is delivered. Cancellation is possible via e-

mail or contact form on the website, indicating the number of the order and the personal

information provided in the order.

 

Delivery of goods

 

In case the item is out of stock, you will receive the goods within 5-12 working days (except

in the case of costumised products, where the delivery time can be extended up to 3 days).

In addition to the goods, the buyer receives an invoice. Pošta Slovenije provides delivery

services.

 

 

Returns of goods

 

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the customer may, within 14 days

of picking up the product, email mojabaeba@gmail.com or phone +38641512465 to

withdraw from the contract without giving them a reason for their decision. The time limit

begins to count one day after the date of acceptance. The only cost that is borne by the

buyer in connection with the cancellation of the contract is the return postage of the return.

The consumer must return the goods to the operator no later than 30 days after the notice

of withdrawal.

It is the consumer's responsibility to reduce the value of the goods if the decrease in value is

the result of conduct which is not strictly necessary to determine the nature, characteristics

and operation of the goods. The consumer shall not be liable for the reduction of the value

of the goods if the company does not inform him of the right to withdraw from the contract

in accordance with point 4 of the first paragraph of Article 43b.

Payments will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the

notice of withdrawal.


The company shall return the payments received to the consumer using the same payment

method as the consumer used, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of

another payment method and the consumer does not bear any costs as a result.

The right to a refund, warranty, material defects and improperly rendered services is more

closely regulated by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (unofficial consolidated

text).

 

 

Complaints and material errors

 

The seller is responsible for material errors of purchased products in the www.baeba.eu

online store. The user reports the complaint to the email: mojabaeba@gmail.com. The user

must provide a more detailed description of the error in the error message and allow the

provider to inspect the product.

The goods with a copy of the invoice and a description of the fault shall be sent to the GO

AP, grafično oblikovanje, Ana Primožič s.p., Reteče 159, Reteče, 4220 Škofja Loka, Slovenia

no later than 14 days after the written message is sent.

The seller will confirm the receipt of the complaint within eight working days after the

buyer's written notice, and also provide a written response to the resolution of the claim.

A user can notify us of a complaint about a material defect within two months from the day

the defect was discovered and no later than two years after the purchase of the product.

The consumer must give a more detailed description of the error in the error message and

allow the seller to inspect the matter.

The seller is not responsible for any material defects in the goods which appear after two

years have elapsed since the item was delivered.

A mistake on things is considered to have existed at the time of delivery if it occurs within six

months of delivery.

If the defect is not disputed, the company must comply with the consumer's request as soon

as possible but within eight days at the latest.

The company must reply in writing to the consumer at the latest eight days after receiving it

if the defect is disputed.

Complaints and disputes

 

The provider complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider

shall make every effort to fulfill its obligation to establish an effective complaint handling

system and to designate a person with whom, in the event of difficulties, the user may be

contacted by telephone or e-mail. The complaint is submitted via the email at

mojabaeba@gmail.com. The procedure for handling the complaint is confidential.

 

In accordance with statutory norms, we do not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute

resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer could

initiate under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act. GO AP, grafično

oblikovanje, Ana Primožič s.p., which, as a provider of goods and services, facilitates online

commerce in Slovenia, publishes an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute

Resolution Platform (SRPS) on its website. The platform is available to consumers at the link

here. 

 

Protection of personal data

 

The operator is committed to permanently protecting all personal data of the user. For an

indefinite period, the provider keeps the IP addresses of all customers of the online store

www.baeba.eu, and the customers also include: first and last name, e-mail address, contact

telephone number, primary address and delivery addresses, country of residence, time and

date of purchases and archive communications with the provider. The seller will use

personal information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information

materials, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. In no case will the User's

data be handed over to unauthorized persons or provided to third parties. The user is also

responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his / her

username and password and adequate software (antivirus) protection of his / her computer.
